螺旋分选机应用现状研究

The analysis of application status on spiral separator

摘要: 为了明确螺旋分选机的应用现状及优化手段,整合了螺旋分选机在我国的应用情况,分析了煤用螺旋分选机在应用中存在的问题|概括了螺旋分选机设备的优化手段,提出了煤用螺旋分选机的优化方向。结果表明:相对于非煤用螺旋分选机,煤用螺旋分选机距径比更小,分选圈数更多,多应用于动力煤选煤厂和可选性较好的炼焦煤选煤厂|目前煤用螺旋分选机存在分选密度较高、处理量较低、缺乏灵活性等问题|螺旋分选机的优化主要有改变结构参数和引进外力两种手段,在优化时应以改变结构参数为主,尽量保留螺旋分选机结构简单、无动力部件等特点。

Abstract: Summarized the current status of the application of the spiral separator and analyzed the problems existing in the application on the coal spiral separator; Summed up the research status of the optimization of the spiral separator, proposed the direction of the optimization for the coal spiral separator. The results show that compared to the non-coal spiral separators, the spiral with lower pitch and more turns may benefit to the separation; The coal spiral also have some problems such as higher cut densities and lower containment for the moment; Changing the structural parameters and introducing the external force were two mainly ways of equipment optimization. The former can be the primary method for the reason that it can retain the features with structure and no power components as far as possible.
